Why does TALENTpro exist?
The importance of recruiting, talent management and employer branding has increased significantly in recent years, and in the coming years, identifying, winning and retaining the right people will become even more important – as someone who deals with recruiting, talent management and employer branding issues, you are certainly as aware of this as we are.
For a long time, the German recruiting scene lacked a central meeting place that was fun – a situation that we successfully changed in 2018 with the first TALENTpro Expo Festival.
What are we doing at TALENTpro?
The most exciting minds, the most innovative trends – all at eye level!
The TALENTpro ist not an run-of-the-mill event. Of course you will find a number of exciting companies here that will convince you of their products, but it was important to us to let the whole thing take place in a relaxed atmosphere and at eye level; to give it a festival character.
Music from great artists accompanies us through the entire TALENTpro Expo Festival, with the Popakademie Baden-Württemberg being our cool partner.
Soul Food & Food trucks
Although we are not a Food truck Festival, we will certainly give you some culinary delights as well: with our Food trucks in the Food-Area you will be provided with enough Soul Food.

It is important to us that you can enjoy the TALENTpro without stress and worry. So that even the last stress disappears, meet us for Early Morning Yoga before the festival begins.
